Purbeck House Hotel is a family run hotel steeped in over a century of Dorset history.

The 38 bedrooms are divided between the main house, constructed in 1875, and the newly-built Louisa Lodge, completed in 2003. All of the bedrooms are en suite and some have sea or garden views. Those in the original Victorian mansion have been tastefully furnished to give the feel of a bygone era and many offer splendid views over the Purbeck Hills, Swanage Bay and the gardens.

The hotel has a large car park and is only 300 yards from Swanage sea front and the clean, sandy beaches. 5 Minutes walk from Swanage railway station.

Purbeck House Hotel occupies the highest point in Swanage High Street and is constructed in the Scottish Baronial style, imitating a feudal castle.
