July/August and again August/September will be exceptionally busy, quite apart from the expected summer holiday season rush - expect hotel accommodation across much of GB, especially southern England from Dorset to London and beyond, to be particularly difficult to obtain in 2012. Visitors expecting to stay in London will need to look further afield and Dorset hotels will be very popular.
